Transient Species

The previous main headings in the section on "Life" have been devoted to those species which have played a part in the Uranian story, either continuously or intermittently, from their first appearance up to the present.

However there have also been species who have had a comparatively shorter, though influential, part to play on the stage of history, and now they are either extinct or have ceased all contact with Syoom.  Some of these are listed here:
